Great advice about when to go on the market, how to position ourselves among other houses like ours, gentle advice about what to do to make the house look it’s best and what wasn’t worth doing. My only regret was that she wasn’t also our realtor on the other end when we moved cross country...but she still gave us great guidance on navigating that end well. Deana could have done the bare minimum - we were moving back to Central New York, found the house we wanted, and knew the price we wanted to put in for our offer. She simply could have signed some papers and phoned the rest in. But that is not Deana!
