I love all the real estate world has to offer!
I followed the market for many years and started a property staging business before deciding to jump in all the way with the encouragement of my own real estate agent! Buying and selling can be a tricky process to navigate! I enjoy walking through the process step by step and answering questions with first time home buyers. I am also experienced with the emotions attached when selling your families home of many years and can offer patient compassionate guidance on getting through that transition. Older homes and fixer-uppers are my absolute favorite! I have helped many people find the potential diamond in the rough for investments or personal properties. I am not scared off by a little muck! (or sometimes a lot of muck!) Having a background in staging, I am always excited to help sellers make the most of their biggest investment ! With simple fixes and an eye for the real people in the real estate market, I look at how to best present your property to appeal to a wide variety of buyers and get it sold!
